Re: Low key Lighting

Hi Ed, I like the smaller crop I think it emphasises the mood of the image better. Definitely better lightened also. I can see what you mean by making it look 3d.

Re: Cat

Thank you all for the feedback. The string egg and the rabbit were at the same level so I definitely did something wrong there. Maybe the settings would help. Taken at sec1/125 f 6.3 ISO 200 at 36m

Re: Cat

Also the light are an older style, kind of retro looking to. so there was no adjusting the power of them at all

Using some lights given to the photography group. This is with 2 lights. I was a little disappointed that the rabbit wasn't in focus. CC welcome :) TIA, this is my first time using studio lighting by my self anyway.

Kyberd

This is my boy Kyberd. I think I did ok with this image as he is like a tigger as soon as he see a camera. I also find it hard to photograph black dogs. This was a very bright day with no cloud. CC welcome and very much appreciated. Thank you :|

Re: 2 Day old rescue pups

Thank you for the CC, I really appreciate it. I can see now what you mean about the highlights. I will make sure I check that one next time. The only other lens I own at the moment is 55 to 200 so I can give that a try next time too and check out the difference in images Thank you Guys :D
