It's a Dog's Life

This is a typical dog in Key West, Florida. Being carried around, dressed smart and sun glasses to protect his/her eyes. I was never treated that well when I was that size. Ya think some pet owners get carried away?

Trop Rock in the Keys

Howard Livingston is one of the top Trop Rock performers in the country. He lives and performs mainly in the Florida Keys and is featured in Florida's "Florida Keys and Key West" TV commercials. Probably his top song is "Living on Key West Time" by by Howard Livingston & Mile...

White Auburn

In case anybody is interested, this is what I want for my birthday. I love the exhausts coming out the side, that's why I also love the Excalibur.

Re: With This Ring...

Tony, the ring is about a foot across. They are set in the wall in front of where the canons would be on top of the fort. There are no canons outside, below is one of the canons inside. I never found out exactly how the rings were used. Might be to stop them from rolling too far back as they go off....

With This Ring...

This is not really a macro, but it is a close-up and I wasn't sure where else to put it. It was shot at Fort Zachary Taylor in Key West, Florida. I gave it the title because of a couple of guys that told me it reminded them of their wedding ring. I believe it was used to tie down a canon. With This ...

Lizards

Here is another cute shot. It was difficult shooting through the glass of the tank they were in at the pet shop. It took a lot of post work to get it looking half decent.

Re: Car Show

Here's one of mine, Ok it's a truck not a car, but, the background is sooo busy, the only way I'd use this shot is total silhouetting and a new background.

Re: Car Show

Ed, can't wait to see some of the shots. Shooting at some of these shows seems to end up with heavy post production if you want the whole car in the shot.

Car Show

I love car shows, but I hate taking shots with people or other backgrounds distracting from the car I'm shooting. That's why I like close-ups. Back in 1969 I owned a 428 Mach 1 Mustang which was one of the hottest and fastest cars on the road, but was nothing compared to something track only with an...
