What first caught my as I was approaching from the right was the sun on the tuft of grass middle left, so I kept walking till I was facing it and saw the whole scene and said, Why not, go for the gold ring and hope. So I did. I was tempted in pp to crop to the reflection but like the top half for its balance, I guess. Thanks. Matt

#52-81: UFOs are real

Or maybe it's a heavenly hamburger. My bland diet has prompted visions.

#52-81: Tank

This was attached to the back of a forklift, so I presume it was its fuel supply tank.

What a great vintage-looking image this is! I love old machinery, and while angles might work, this straightforward framing has excellent balance and geometry. Well spotted and nicely conceived.

Thank you, Minnie. I had gone to the fish market where stores and restaurants get theirs to get our Father's Day stuff for our barbi at our son's. The crowd was the biggest I have ever seen in our 2 years of shopping there. Chesapeake crabs are in. Had to wait while they steamed our shrimp , so I wandered up and down the freight docks, spotted this and contemplated how to shoot. I am trying to be more deliberate and less impulsive. I even tried to visualize what I would finally want to do with it. Imagine that. Matt
