My (business) neighbor is a young man who does voiceover work and has set up a small audio/podcasting studio next to my photo studio. We had a headshot session today to get him some nice professional images. This is my favorite from the session.

That is a very nice portrait. I don't always like the kind with tops of heads cut off but this one seems very natural and renders a casual look and feeling of personal connection. Excellent work.

Interesting you mentioned the cut off head. I normally don't chop the tops off either but for some reason when I edited this one the tight crop felt right.
