Cypress on a Hazy Morning

Post by minniev »

This is not my prettiest swamp but it is the most accessible right now. Any interest in this messy little place? Any suggestions?

Thank ya. It's a close-by scene that is easy to get to when I don't have the time or light to get somewhere further away. Sometimes there's a bird there but not today.

wonderful sense of space and love those colors and the peacefulness of it. The trees and their reflections in the water just done get better. I think you handled this one with delicacy and compassion.

I was tempted to warm it up but the bluish haze made an interesting contrast with the orange cypress, so I resisted and instead did some light color grading using the sampled colors that just clarified what was there a tad.
