A farm near where we used to live in VA. From the archives.

I like them all, but #3 is my favorite. I love silos. I wish we had more here. I found one last weekend, an unusual sight in MS. Unfortunately I couldn't get close to it, so I settled for a kitchen sink version that I'll post eventually.

In that first image: usually I object to halos, but this one actually works for the benefit of the image IMHO! It emphasizes the straight-up angle, and the height of the structure.

Thanks Minnie. We loved our time in VA; stunning, bucolic countryside. But we area now closer to son and his family and, fortuitously, health care. Whoda thought? Matt
