This week there has been a Spider Convention going on around here. I've had some fun with them.

That dappled light and the refracted light from the web....Stunning.

very cool - it is good to see them when wandering in the woods. Not too good to not see them and walk right into them, so in the woods, almost always have a walking stick.

Agree. We keep an assortment of Spider Sticks by the steps.

Glad you liked her, Matt.

I made a little video of her spinning out the web, but it is shaky so not much good. She works so quickly! And I love how they look in the morning when the dew is still on them and the early sun reflecting.

Very nice minniev, great use of light...sure seems blue under the house though..

Glad you liked it. Actually they were purple when I first raised the black areas. I got them as far as blue but might can do a bit more. Those harsh shadows drive me nuts.
