these are very colorful in a clean fantastic superhero kind of way. I love the clear edges and textures. I have mixed feelings about the whitish cloth/paper underneath. I'm liking the shadows and the wire frame but part of me wants the eggs only (the grate and shadows grow on me though, am liking them more and more and perhaps the eggs just by themselves would be too simple). I like this hard edged superhero look, I think you created a unique winner with this one.

Love the colors and processing on this, Frank. I agree with Piet that an alternative presentation might have them encased on blackness but I think I'd still prefer the rack and the mess underneath, which is more of a story, and matches the slightly kid-messy eggs with their boiling cracks and uneven dye jobs. These scream of kids and family. I really really like this. I think you should print it and frame it, or use it as next year's Easter card to anyone who doesn't get to come to the party.

mmmm, might be a dragon in one of them - deviled eggs is right - Smoked and as hot as a Targaryen whore house. They seem pretty dark to me!

I like the creepy eggs but I'm not ready to give up my framed version of the eggs on the rack. I love it.
