no, not reading well this morning - groggy (remnents of Michael blew across last night). "Curves and set to soft light" - makes sense now.
It saddens me to forward the news that our good friend and fellow photographer, Matt Quinn, has passed. As some of you may know, he had been battling cancer for a while and was on his way to recovery. Please take a moment to remember him in your prayers. |

got away with murder... my wife slept downstairs, she didn't like the way the house was moving and the howling of the wind. The dog came upstairs with me. In the morning the water was the highest I had ever seen here, a little bit seeped into the garage - I wished I had remembered to move the lawnmower up higher. We were isolated by flood waters and lost power for a little bit. No trees came down, no windows got blown out - all my shingles are still here, but might have lost some marbles... we got away with murder!
