I like it Frank, looks like you got pretty close - or he came close to you. Love hard shadow and the super detail in the sand, I think they add a lot to the shot.

Nice capture Frank !!! Love the low angle point of view, black and white serves this very well. Did you ever get the waist level view finder, or are you still on your belly?

I quite like your sandpiper with his one ruffled feather, and his cool sharp shadow. Nicely taken with a great angle. I like the processing too. A little texture in this one? Well done.
