This one is ancient, may go back to my tiny Nikon L-12 with it's goes-forever DOF. I don't even remember where this was, except West (Montana or Wyoming most likely). I reworked this in Photoshop to try to give it some background blur since the rusty sculpture didn't stand out nearly well enough. I thought this was hilarious. I figure it was titled, "Get a Horse!"
How cool! You did a good job gaining separation.

I hope this might revive this fun thread. I'll post another when I get home where the pictures live. I'm off the grid, and am stealing a shred of cell service from my husband, who turned in early.

Minnie, How's this for rusty stuff. This is a barn/garage on Cape Cod I pass during my morning walks. The fellow who did it has died but his widow has preserved this, untouched, more because, she says, she doesn't know where to begin than for any nostalgia. I guess we could call it the Museum of Rusty Stuff. Matt

WOW - a treasure trove of rusty stuff! I don't have that much but I do bet I've got some I haven't even found on my land. I'll keep looking. Meanwhile here's a few. Rusty stuff can be artistic sometimes, I've seen Ernst do magic with such things.

I recognized it immediately. It's a whatchamacallit for the the thing that belongs at the place with the other stuff. Matt

This garden tool broke so I’m using the handle for a snake stick and left this part where I found it.
