I'm sharing another link here...

80 Tomlinson Road, Seymour, CT

This is a house listing through Coldwell Banker that I photographed last week. (Shh, it's my step daughter's house)

I don't do too many real estate shoots but I'm looking to expand my services. This house is going to go into my portfolio. :)

Thanks for looking.

Nice grouping.

I've dabbled a bit in real estate photos, and found it was kind of fun to make houses look their best with wide angle lenses, well chosen shooting angles, etc. The hardest for me was balancing darker interiors with bright sunny outside light, managing lighting with different WB in one area, and tiny bathrooms! Of course there are challenging houses that you really wish you didn't have to shoot. I had to tell one I'd just have to come back when they were moved out. A nicely furnished house shoots better than an empty one but a totally wrecked interior full of junk is impossible to deal with.
